His father: in the trade since he was sixteen and still on the tools at 68, works alongside him, as do his two younger brothers. You get a free survey, a written quote in writing and a roof that is signed off by the family whose name is on the van. His father, Dave, started at sixteen and has spent his whole working life on roofs across North Wales; today he works for the company William built. William's two younger brothers, Tom and Robert, are on the team, with four other full-time employees alongside them. We help homeowners, landlords, commercial premises and retail units who need a roof problem ended rather than postponed: the drip that comes back every autumn, the slipped slates after a westerly gale, the flat roof that has been patched three times already. Our specialism is slate: reclaimed Welsh slate above all, plus new Spanish, Chinese and Brazilian slate and artificial slate where budget calls for it. We also work across tile, all common flat roof systems (EPDM, GRP fibreglass, felt and liquid coatings), lead work, full rebuilds and loft conversions. Heritage work is part of the everyday. We have worked on multiple listed buildings in Betws-y-Coed, and William's own listed home: The Old School House in Llangefni, has been fully refurbished by the team, with the rear roof in hand. That experience is why conservation-sensitive properties across Anglesey, Conwy and the Snowdonia valleys come to us. We cover Anglesey, Bangor, Caernarfon, Conwy, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Betws-y-Coed, Denbigh, Llangefni and the surrounding villages from our base at High St, Brynsiencyn, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ring with your postcode and we will tell you straight. Our van on site: local, reliable and covering all aspects of roofing and property maintenance across North Wales. ## What We Specialise In - Roof Repairs - Roof Replacements & New Roofs - Slate Roofing - Heritage Property Roofs - Tiled Roofing - Flat Roof Replacement - Flat Roof Repairs - Lead Work - uPVC Fascia & Soffit - Guttering & Downpipes - Chimney Restoration - Roof Structures & Loft Conversions - Skylights & Velux Windows - Asbestos Roof Removal - Home ImprovementsSee every area we cover ## Mission And Standards Our job is simple: leave a roof that outlasts the guarantee and a customer who never has to chase us. That means an honest survey even when the answer is "you do not need a new roof yet", a price that does not move, and a site left as tidy as we found it. ### How we quote Surveys and quotes are always free. We photograph the roof, write up what we find and give you the findings with the quote: same day as the visit or the day after. Quotes are itemised in writing, so you can see exactly what is included before you commit. ### How we work Materials matched to the property, not to the cheapest invoice. We own scaffolding towers for smaller jobs to keep your costs down, and put up full scaffolding when the scale or safety of the job demands it. Public liability insurance covers William and every employee on site. ### How we guarantee it All work carries a workmanship guarantee. New roofs are guaranteed for 25 years. On flat roofs the manufacturer warranty attached to the system we install is passed on to you in writing. We hold no trade-body accreditations and we will not pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is a public record: 5.0 stars from 13 Google reviews, 100% recommended on Facebook, and a family that lives on the island it works on. Read the reviews. ## Proof, Not Promises A team of 8 William, his father, his two brothers and four full-time employees: no subcontracted strangers on your roof. 24/7 call-out Storm damage and sudden leaks answered day or night across North Wales. 25-year guarantee Every new roof is guaranteed for 25 years, and all work carries a workmanship guarantee.
